P3 Alliance (People Promoting Positivity) was founded on the belief that lasting community change begins by investing in people.
As a Salem City-based nonprofit organization, we are committed to helping residents overcome barriers, unlock their potential, and create sustainable pathways toward personal and economic success.
Our work focuses on developing confident, capable individuals who can positively impact their families, neighborhoods, and future generations.
Through education, mentorship, workforce development, leadership training, entrepreneurship programs, and community support initiatives, P3 Alliance serves young men and women ages 13–18, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to navigate life successfully.
We are dedicated to helping participants move from uncertainty to confidence, from limitation to opportunity, and from dependence to self-sufficiency.

Meet Stephanie
Founder & Program Director, P3 Alliance (People Promoting Positivity)
Born and raised in Salem, New Jersey, Stephanie Marshall has dedicated her life to serving the community that helped shape her. As the Founder and Program Director of P3 Alliance (People Promoting Positivity), she is passionate about creating opportunities, building connections, and empowering individuals to recognize their potential and pursue brighter futures.
Stephanie's commitment to community service is deeply rooted in the example set by her mother, Sarah Marshall, whose compassion, generosity, and dedication to helping others left a lasting impact throughout Salem. Inspired by her mother's legacy, Stephanie continues that work by creating programs, events, and initiatives that provide residents with access to resources, support systems, educational opportunities, and positive experiences that foster personal growth and community development.
Through P3 Alliance, Stephanie works tirelessly to uplift the next generation by investing in the lives of young people, particularly youth ages 13–18. She believes that every young person deserves encouragement, mentorship, and opportunities to succeed, regardless of their circumstances. Her mission is to help youth build confidence, develop leadership skills, and discover pathways to education, careers, entrepreneurship, and lifelong success.
Under Stephanie's leadership, P3 Alliance has become a catalyst for positive change, bringing together community members, local organizations, volunteers, and partners to create meaningful impact throughout Salem City.
Stephanie's vision is simple but powerful: to build a stronger, more connected community where individuals are empowered to overcome challenges, embrace opportunities, and create lasting change for themselves and future generations.
