P3 Alliance (People Promoting Positivity) is a community-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for sustainable success throughout Salem City, New Jersey.
Through education, mentorship, workforce development, youth leadership development, and community engagement, we help residents build the confidence, skills, and support systems needed to break cycles of dependency and create brighter futures.
Our commitment is to empower young men and women ages 13–18 with the tools, resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed to become confident leaders, productive citizens, and positive contributors to their communities.
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. By investing in leadership development, career readiness, entrepreneurship, mental wellness, financial literacy, and life skills, we are helping develop the next generation of changemakers who will shape a stronger future for Salem City.

Build Skills & Learn with P3
Tactile, creative exploration through painting, papermaking, and all things hand-crafted and messy. Days are spent blending pigments, sculpting in paper mâché, and bringing bold ideas to life in vivid color.
A space for kids to explore rhythm, melody, and instruments—where music-making takes center stage. They’ll try out different instruments, write their own tunes, and join in group jams that fill camp with sound.
Where imagination comes alive through theater, character play, storytelling, and performance. Campers rehearse scenes, create costumes, and collaborate on productions that bring their ideas to the spotlight.
